Water Corporation’s Farmlands Project is improving the reliability and efficiency of water supply across Western Australia’s Wheatbelt. The broader program includes replacing more than 64 kilometres of pipeline, repairing approximately 7,500 pipeline joints, installing smart water meters, painting pipelines and clearing access tracks.
KCU was engaged to deliver pipeline replacement works across Corrigin and Kellerberrin, completing four individual work packages over eight months. The project demonstrated KCU’s capability to safely and efficiently deliver regional water infrastructure works and strengthened its position for future Water Corporation opportunities where Aboriginal business engagement and Indigenous participation are key procurement priorities.
