SERVICES INCLUDED
- Survey, level and alignment of culverts at each location
- Road diversions to accomodate two way traffic
- Load, transport and unload all culvert pipes and other construction materials to each site
- Installation of principal supplied CSP culvert barrels with coupling bands
- Load, haul, place and compact principal supplied covert bedding material
- Assembly and installation of principle supplied CSP barrels sing coupling bands, nuts and bolts
- Supply and installation of steel wire and star pike tie downs and/or bulk bags to prevent pipe flotation during placement of CSF backfill
- Construct mixing pits for the preparation of CSF which is adjacent to each culvert location
- Mix and install CFS backfill using granular materials from the excavations, CSF is installed for 5 metre segments at the inlet and outlet ends of the culvert installations to a level of 150 mm above the crown of the CSP’s
- Conditioning, placement and compaction of granular backfill material to a minimum of 150 mm above CSP’s.
